About Me (lisa e.)
Hi There! My name is Lisa. I am a licensed registered dietitian (RD) by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (AND) and a Certified Speciality in Sports Dietetics (CSSD).
I started my venture into sports & performance nutrition by volunteering at the athletic department at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2013.
My professional journey began in 2017 when I moved across the country for a nutrition fellow position at the University of Utah. Aside from football, some of the first teams I worked with was Men’s Basketball, Softball and Indoor & Beach Volleyball. I have had the opportunity to work with athletes and people of all ages, including, but not limited to, collegiate to professional athlete.
I currently reside in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I have been part of several teams & organizations, with additional stops in Tennessee and South Carolina.

Best Fit for Services —
All services can be suitable for any age, though recommended for ages 15 years or older. If interested in education for ages younger than 15 years, please submit an inquiry via contact form in top right of page.
Individual Initial / Follow Up Consults:
You want tailored, individualized nutrition for health, wellness and/or performance that will benefit for a lifetime.
Willing to meet weekly for the first 4-6 weeks, with a commitment of meeting roughly 2-4 months total, at minimum.
For initial consult- be prepared to answer several historical & current lifestyle questions to set the foundation for future follow ups. Bring your initial questions, concerns and potential goals to this meeting! Remember, we are meeting for you!
If interested, let’s connect on a free pre-consult call (15-20 mins). Our time together is a two-way street & I want to ensure I can provide the best possible care & support.
Group Education / Team Presentation:
You want nutrition education for a group of people.
Ability to choose a specific nutrition-related topic(s).
Open discussion for nutrition questions or concerns.
Ideally have access to project education/presentation.
Self-Guided Performance Nutrition Education Course:
You want improved knowledge about nutrition & performance nutrition, but do not need individualized nutrition care. Think of this service as a nutrition 101 course you can take at your own pace.
This option is self guided. You will receive the modules to work through, along with a separate document with “answers” to each module.
Add a 60 minute Q&A session for an additional $150 to ask your burning questions and allow moderate guidance to a self-guided experience.
Please note that this session must be booked within 90 days of purchasing the course.
Courses to include: building an optimal nutrition foundation; sleep, hydration & calories; macronutrients; supplements; nutrient timing.
Guided Performance Nutrition Education Course:
You want 1-on-1 guidance with improved knowledge about nutrition & performance nutrition, but do not need individualized nutrition care.
This option is guided. You will receive the modules work along with a 5 weekly meetings to walk through each session.
Add a 45 minute follow up session for an additional $100. This added (6th) session allows you to ask questions from the modules or real life scenarios that you have encountered since completing the course.
Please note that this session must be booked within 45 days of finishing the course.
Courses to include: building an optimal nutrition foundation; sleep, hydration & calories; macronutrients; supplements; nutrient timing.
